Reserve a Spot Now! Summer Middle School Preparation Program
Are you feeling anxious about your 5th grader going to middle school in the fall? This summer, we are partnering with Kidder Educational Consulting to co-lead a Summer Middle School Prep Program, where we will help your child build executive functioning skills, social-emotional skills, and self-advocacy, as well as learn how to navigate middle school expectations. With combined decades of first-hand experience in the schools, we will provide your child with the tools to feel supported, prepared, and confident before middle school starts! See details below. Summer Middle School Preparation Program Details
Who can enroll: Any rising 6th grader
Format: Small group of 10 students, in-person program
Instructors: Dr. Sharon Huang, Licensed Psychologist and Joanna Kidder, Certified Special Education Teacher
Dates: Monday, August 10th and Tuesday, August 11th
Time: 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Location: Montgomery County, MD (exact location sent to participants)
Cost: $300 for both days
